What are the printing order minimums at DART?

We specialize in small order printing, so our minimum is just one item. Yes, really. One hoodie, one tote bag, one mouse pad—we’re happy to print it.

Do you offer bulk pricing for larger orders?

Yes! The more you order, the better the rate. Just let us know your quantity and we’ll work up a custom quote.

File Setup & Sizing

What kind of files do you accept for printing?

We prefer high-resolution PNG, PDF, or vector files (SVG, AI, EPS). If your file looks fuzzy when zoomed in, it probably needs a little TLC.

What are the print file requirements for t-shirts and other items?

Absolutely. We encourage it. Just send us your design, item type, and quantity—we’ll send back a precise, no-surprises quote.

Can you help me adjust my design for printing?

Yes—we’re happy to help with resizing, centering, and making sure your design looks great on the final product. We won’t let you print something that’s off-center unless you ask for it (and even then, we’ll raise an eyebrow).

Turnaround Time for Printing Orders

How long does custom printing take in NC?

Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

Can I get my order faster?

Possibly! If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate without sacrificing quality.

Do you send proofs before printing?

Yes, we send digital mockups for approval on most orders. We want you to love the final result—not just tolerate it.

Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery Options

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You can pick up your order at our shop in Aulander, NC. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Do you deliver locally?

We offer local delivery to nearby towns, including Ahoskie, Windsor, Murfreesboro, and others in Bertie County. Just ask when placing your order.

Do you ship outside of Eastern NC?

Yes—we ship nationwide via USPS. Whether you’re in North Carolina or North Dakota, we’ll get your order to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. We’ll include an estimate in your quote to avoid any surprises.
